If you can't log into your email account because you've forgotten your password and lost access to your backup email and registered phone number, you can try the following steps:

    1. Account Recovery Form: Use the Microsoft account recovery form to attempt to recover your account. You will need to provide as much information as possible to verify your identity, such as recent email subjects, folder names, and contacts you've emailed.
    2. Facebook Account: Unfortunately, having a Facebook account linked to your Outlook does not directly help with password recovery. You will still need to recover your email account through the official recovery methods provided by Microsoft.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If the recovery form does not work, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance. They may have additional tools to help verify your identity and assist with account recovery.
    4. Wait for Lockout Period: If you have attempted multiple recovery options, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait for the lockout period to expire before trying again.
    5. Use Familiar Devices: When filling out the recovery form, try to do so from a device and location that you commonly use, as this can help in verifying your identity.

These steps should help you in trying to regain access to your account.

Unfortunately, if all the basic steps fail, your only option is to use the account recovery form. The information you provide should match your account to verify your identity and recover it.

Microsoft takes account security seriously, so recovery is fully automated. Even Support cannot directly unblock your account and will ask you to fill out the form.

If you have already used the account recovery form and received a reply stating that the information provided was insufficient, you will need to fill out the form again with any new information you remember. Please note that you can submit the form up to two times per day until you recover your account.

    Helpful Tips:

    ● Include contacts, subject lines of past emails, or any services you used (like Skype or Xbox).

    ● Complete the form using a device and location you’ve previously used to sign in.

    ● The more accurate info you provide, the better your chances of success.

If you're still unsuccessful after several attempts, please refer to the 'Account recovery unsuccessful' page.
