Yes, it is feasible to automate the synchronization of two Teams groups using Power Automate flows. You can leverage the Microsoft Teams API to create workflows that can manage teams and channels, allowing you to automate tasks such as adding or removing members from one team based on changes in another team. This can be done by creating flows that trigger actions based on specific events in either team, such as when a member is added or removed.

To implement this, you would typically use the Microsoft Graph API in conjunction with Power Automate to handle the synchronization logic between the two Teams groups.

    Hi Loveena, Loveena,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand that you want to sync members between two Teams then there’s a helpful walkthrough that uses a Microsoft template in this post (scenario very close to yours): https://byronwright.blogspot.com/2021/02/synchronize-membership-from-ad-group-to.html

Note: Microsoft is providing this information as a convenience to you. These sites are not controlled by Microsoft, and Microsoft cannot make any representations regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any software or information found there. Please ensure that you fully understand the risks before using any suggestions from the above link.

However, please note the post demonstrates a one‑way sync from an Azure AD (Entra) security group to a Microsoft 365 group (which backs a Team). You can still use the same approach by adapting the source to be a Microsoft 365 group (the Team you want to mirror) and the target to be the other Team’s Microsoft 365 group.

At this time, I couldn’t find an official Microsoft article or a built‑in Power Automate template that synchronizes membership between two Microsoft 365 groups/Teams out of the box, so you’d need to customize the flow/template accordingly.

    I hope this helps.
