I can't buy anything from the drop-down menus. It constantly says log in, but I am logged in already.

I can't buy any diamonds, coins, or a season pass. I have bought in the past with no problem. It says I need to log in, which I am already logged in. How do I fix this?

    I have reset computer, reset purchasing app, and all else this has given me. Not fixing this problem!

    Hi,

    just a quick question, have you recently add an extension to your browser? Sometimes, extensions on the web browser may cause unintended behavior. try to disable all of them for testing purposes, and let me know if it works.
