How do i know what is my license level and how can that be upgraded to Full Admin

Sign in to the Azure Portal and navigate to the relevant Subscription, Resource Group, or Virtual Machine.

Select Access control (IAM) from the left-hand menu.

Click View my access to see the role(s) currently assigned to your account and the scope at which they apply.

Azure uses Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage permissions. If your role is Reader or a limited Contributor, you may not be able to view or modify all virtual machine settings.

Please note that access levels cannot be upgraded by users themselves. To obtain elevated permissions (such as Contributor or Owner), you will need to request the role assignment from a user who already has Owner or User Access Administrator permissions on the subscription.
