Hi Tomas,
This error typically means that you are signing in with a personal Microsoft account ( such aslive.com) that does not exist as a user or guest in the target Entra tenant., so access to the Support Portal app is blocked with AADSTS16000. Have a tenant admin invite the account as a guest (External user) or sign in with a work/school account that already exists in the tenant, then sign out and retry.
