I am not able to delete resources in Azure. Getting the following error message. Seems like there is a lock placed by Microsoft due to security concerns and even the tenancy admin cannot delete resources in its own tenancy. I have created a support thicket for it but have not received a response from them for few days.
Error Message:
the access is denied because of the deny assignment with name '[UNUSUALACTIVITY] FULL DENY ASSIGNMENT ON xxxxxxx FOR ALL USERS ADDED' and Id xxxxxxx at scope '/subscriptions/xxxxxxx

This deny assignment can only be removed by Microsoft internal Security/Risk teams after investigation. Customers cannot remove or override it themselves.
You’ve already taken the correct action by opening a Microsoft Support ticket. These cases may take time because they require backend security validation.
Could you please share your Support ticket ID via Private message so that we can track internally and share you the updates.

Is there an Azure customer support contact number that can I reach out to? The general support line is not much help as it just says to create a support ticket and then it ends the call.
