Why was my comment removed AND the option to appeal it eliminated?

Within one hour (or less) my comment was removed. There is no chance for appeal because, after an hour, it just isn’t there any longer. This violates MSN’s own guidelines on appeals. Furthermore, there are OTHER messages that ARE offensive or bullying that just get left there even after reported. The AI system doesn’t do a very effective method of managing this but, the bigger concern, is the fact that MSN isn’t even following its own guidelines.

I have noticed that Microsoft leaves the negative, hateful, lies, bullying, and offensive comments about a person views and appearance. Microsoft removes positive, helpful, and true advice comments.
